Should have the required technical knowledge of handling event setups & costing, sound and light, stage fabrication, AV, collateral printing Resourceful enough to individually manage conferences, conventions & exhibitions, manpower planning and recruitment The ability to creatively conceptualize and present ideas would be an added advantage
